Free UK Delivery
Our Free UK Delivery offer applies to orders placed on our website for delivery to the UK Mainland.
All items on our website are clearly marked with approximate delivery times. This information can be found on the individual web page for each item.
Some items on our web site attract a delivery surcharge. If this surcharge applies to an item you have in your basket you will be notified during the checkout proccess.
Orders and delivery from the CSI Products web site are subject to our general delivery conditions shown below, please refer to our Terms & Conditions of Sale for full terms.
Delivery Information
- Delivery will be made to the address specified in the Order.
- Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate.
- Items ordered together may be made delivered seperately.
- Notification of damage or incomplete delivery must be made in writing to the carrier within three days of delivery and to the Seller immediately. All the goods must be examined upon receipt and any damage or discrepancy noted on the carrier’s sheet. The Seller will not be liable for any claim unless this procedure is followed.
- Deliveries to the following areas may be subject to a delivery surcharge. The Scottish Highlands, The Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, The Channel Isles, The Isles of Scilly, The Isle of Wight and The Isle of Man.
- Bulky items or items of a certain weight maybe subject to a delivery surcharge. Please refer to delivery information on the product page.
- Please note that deliveries cannot be made on a Sunday, Bank Holidays or National Holidays
- Goods will be delivered at the point on your premises most convenient for
our carrier. Further transfer or installation within your premises, regardless
of the size and weight of goods, will be charged extra. You must notify us
of any obstacles on your premises, (including but without limitation, narrow
driveways, rough terrain and unauthorized access) which may preclude us from
delivering the goods and/or providing the services and if such circumstances
apply we reserve the right to charge an additional fee prior to such delivery
of the goods and/or commencement of the services.
