Barrier Systems

Barrier systems restrict access by cordoning off areas to create safer environments.

Idea for roadworks, construction sites , events and hospitality, retail and maintenance.

Barrier Systems

Barrier systems can be used on premises, in car parks, at events and some on public roads to create safe areas, manage vehicle or pedestrian traffic flow and create temporary perimeters around dangerous obstructions or roadworks taking place. They include:

  • Crowd barriers for managing pedestrians and queues
  • Expanding barriers for quick and easy deployment and removal
  • Modular barrier systems for building customised layouts of perimeters

Modular Barrier Systems

Highly adaptable and easy to set up, these barriers can be linked together to form customised boundaries around dangerous areas, obstacles and road works. All have reflective markings to provide high visibility to vehicles and pedestrians alike and are compliant with the Chapter 8 Streetworks Regulations making them usable on public roads and pavements.

Expanding Barriers

Expanding barriers are versatile, portable and multi-functional. These barriers are suitable for a wide range of applications where you need to create a temporary barrier to control access to an area. This could be for cleaning (wet floors), to allow building or repair work to be conducted safely and without unplanned/unwanted intrusion into the work area. Expanding barriers are perfect for ensuring health and safety at work. Anytime you need to separate people, vehicles, machinery, control access, an expanding barrier offers the perfect solution. The versatility of expanding barriers means the same barrier can be used to create different widths of barrier and when the job, work or activity is completed, the expanding barrier neatly folds away, is compact and easily stored in a cupboard, car boot or in the back of a van.

Crowd Control Barriers

These heavy duty construction barriers with a galvanised finish can be used both individually or linked together to form large barrier sections. These barriers are the type of barrier most often used for outdoor events, festivals and larger access control applications.  Crowd control or pedestrian barriers can have fixed legs or loose legs which allow the barrier to be easily stored when not in use.
