Container and Trailer Conveyor - High Rise Telescopic Conveyors

High Rise Telescopic Conveyors (HRTE) are heavy‑duty, free‑running gravity conveyor designed for fast, safe, and cost‑effective unloading of shipping containers and trailers where no raised loading dock is available. Designed for operations that work entirely at ground level, the HRTE conveyor system can be raised to meet container floor heights and extend deep inside vehicles, dramatically reducing manual handling and unloading times.

• Heavy duty and robust gravity telescopic conveyors for use over uneven loading docks
• Mounted on large box section chassis with adjustable height platform to service the vehicle
• Fully welded mild steel construction for strength
• 50mm PVC rollers set at centres of 65mm
• 20mm steel rollers in transfer sections to ensure smooth transfer of goods
• Rate 50kgs per running mere
• 600mm wide track - the conveyor will extend up to 10m inside the shipping container or trailer and convey cartons under gravity to an offload point at ground level
• Suitable for container floor heights of 1300mm-1650mm (height options from 250mm-1700mm available on request)
• Capable of handling small and large parcels alike
• Intended for unloading only (without need for loading dock)
• Can be used in conjunction with other conveyors to reach destinations in warehouses or buildings
• Each deck of track is height adjustable by screw jack to achieve the desired slope
• Conveyor can be further extended by connecting an Expandaveyor
