Manufacturing Process

Mild steel is washed and treated, then plated with copper to aid plating adhesion and conductivity. To reduce corrosion, a second plating of nickel substrate is applied. Lastly, a chrome plating is applied then polished for a hardwearing and smooth high shine finish. This process is applied to shelves and posts
